Very pleasing valuation, followed by incredible photography and details which absolutely marketed the unique property to best advantage. A lot of viewings ensued and the agreed sale price was close to the valuation. The property had a few complications but the staff at Denise Whites liaised supportively and well with both parties solicitors and us to support completion. Highly recommend.

We have used Denise White Estate agents several times as both a buyer and a seller - we have sold 4 properties (2 following family bereavements) and purchased 2 within the past 5 years. This most recent transaction involved both a sale and a purchase. There are several reasons why we keep returning to this estate agents: 1) Quality of properties for sale, quite simply she has the best houses on the market in this area - that cater for all budgets. 2) Customer care, Denise, Dani and the team go above and beyond for their customers, as both a seller and buyer I felt they were protecting and advocating for our interests and pushing for a timely completion. Communication is always proactive towards us, but also other solicitors and agents in the chain. You are allocated a named individual in the office in charge of your account, this is really helpful and reassuring that someone is keeping a close eye on the progress of the sale/ purchase. The property file app is also very useful to monitor viewings and offers. They have a good social media presence too that drives online traffic towards your properties. 3) Market knowledge and general advice. I was in the position to sell a family home in Macclesfield following a bereavement at the end of last year, this property needed clearing and generally sorting out. Denise personally visited it, valued it, and provided recommendations, and names to help us with getting it ready for market. I followed all her advice, the team did the viewings and we had multiple offers and it sold within a fortnight. I was so grateful for this service from Freddie as it served to minimise stress during what was a difficult time for my family. When we came to list our last property for sale in Leek, Steph visited and spent a long time with us talking through our options, this meant that we felt very supported by her and the team right from the beginning of the process. Buying and selling houses is a stressful business, I cannot recommend Denise White and her team enough, for they do all they can to ensure that the process is as smooth as it can be and get it over the line. This is a genuine family run business and this caring ethos is rare, unique and really makes a difference.

Josie has been outstanding in helping to let a new rental property and ensuring that an existing rented property now complies with the new government regulations. She is friendly, knowledgeable and had everything completed within a short space of time. We were very concerned that the new regulations would make it difficult to continue to rent properties but Josie made the whole process very manageable and less stressful than we anticipated. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I frequently called in to the office with queries and nothing was too much trouble. They managed all the viewings for me and a buyer was quickly found. I would highly recommend them
